Construction and Management

All lot designs and infrastructures are being implemented by Best Value Construction from Nicaragua and designed by Mullin DM from La Jolla, California. Joey Mintz, the project manager for Best Value Construction has put together a very capable and experienced crew. Together, with Mullin DM they have done similar projects around the San Juan del Sur area and are currently working on other successful projects throughout Nicaragua.
