BARRY OLIVER

Barry Oliver is the owner of Century 21 Gold Coast Realty, and the principal developer of El Rosario. Barry earned his MA in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He has 7 years experience as a senior account executive for Deloite & Touche, SAP and Siebel Systems. He is a former professional triathlete, and settled in Nicaragua after a surfing trip in 2000.

KEITH MULLIN

Keith Mullin is the principal of Mullin Development & Management in San Diego. Mr. Mullin has managed the execution of over $250M in real estate development and capital improvements including, residential, educational, office and mixed-use retail projects. He is noted for his process oriented and hands-on approach in deploying development programs. A 1992 graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, Mullin holds a BS in Environmental Design and Architecture. He received his formal program management training at Heer International, holds two U.S. Patents and ten pending.

TOM TERRY

Mr. Terry's background is extensive with many years constructing in California before concentrating efforts in the early 90's to mount a first class, highly trained work force in Central America. Among Mr. Terry's accomplishments include numerous awards for best construction in Costa Rica, working closely with famous contemporary architect Victor Canas. Mr. Terry's firm, ConstrucTom, has delivered over 50 projects including custom view homes, multi unit condominiums, hotels, commercial structures, infrastructure including potable water systems, sewage trteatment plants, underground cabling, roads and bridges. The group is over 300 persons strong with custom mill shop (1200m2), welding shop and storage facilities. ContrucTom is inscribed with the College of Architects and Engineers and the Camera of Constructoras.
